This is my second time using Sarah’s professional services as a permanent makeup artist.
I returned for a eyeliner touch up and after discussing my options with Sarah, I decided to go from brown to black. My eyes look bigger and the color of my blue eyes are now a brighter blue and really pops. I can’t wait to book my appointment for my brows.
